Scaling CFO conversations
& Sharing best practices

This year ATEL is organising 6 conferences and publishes 2 editions of its "Treasurer" magazine. We reach 9.000 people though our newsletters and 21.000+ on my Linkedin account.

 

After many discussions with CFOs, ATEL came to conclusion that it could successfully provide a platform for CFOs with a very specific approach addressing the exact needs of the profession.

The CFO Circle in short

Following our conversations with Financial Directors, we will structure the CFO Circle around two "zones":

The red zone 

It will provide a private sphere where CFOs can exchange without any risk or pressure

- A Whatsapp group with strict rules

- A private directory where each CFO indicates on which topics he/she would agree to provide feedback and through which channel(s) he/she would like to be contacted

- A possible "CFO Grove" where CFOs meet ½ day or 1 day with peers (Under Chatham House Rules)

The green zone

 

- A powerful publication of CFO articles, videos, white papers on topics selected by members

- Short Public events along the lines of www.360metafinance.com where content is accessible online and CFOs only meet for Q&A and drinks 

- A possible book publication with the best content at the end of the year to lobby politicians and decision makers

- Summer cocktail: House 17 Top floor. End of June. 

 

- CFO grove: secret place near Luxembourg City. Early September

A ½ day thought leadership under Chatham House Rules

 

- CFO circle session: end of october.

Release of insightful content + networking event

Partnership Proposals
 

CFOs have clearly expressed their need for high level thought leadership with as little commercial propositions as possible. We are therefore looking for a maximum of 4 sponsors.

Their sponsorship will allow us to interview, photograph and film CFOs for free.

CFO Circle partner

- Your logo on the CFO Circle branding

- Access to selected events (By respecting our "CFO rules of engagement")

- Authorization to publish articles in the CFO book (which will be distributed on Atel's channels: newsletter, Linkedin, etc)

- Possibility to host one of the events

- Your logo on all videos recorded by CFO at the end "The CFO Circle is supported by xxx, yyy"

General Conditions of Sale

General

 

  1. The general conditions below are the only ones applicable to all contracts where BGS Crossmedia Sarl is acting as the vendor, unless specifically agreed otherwise in writing by BGS Crossmedia Sarl. Therefore by agreeing to enter into a contract with BGS Crossmedia Sarl, the client is expressly agreeing to comply with these conditions and undertakes not to use its own or any other conditions, whether general or particular, printed or otherwise, unless they have been agreed in writing by BGS Crossmedia Sarl.

  

Prices

 

  1. Prices are always stated excluding VAT, unless stated otherwise.

  2. The prices and terms in quotes are not binding on the vendor. Any order is only binding on the vendor after the latter has confirmed it in writing. Sending the invoice may replace the vendor’s written acceptance.

  3. Any quote shall only be valid for one month, unless specified otherwise by the vendor.

 

Payment

 

  1. Upon placing an order, the purchaser shall make a payment on account of 50%. A small payment merely constitutes a temporary tolerance and in no way changes the duty to make a payment on account of 50%.

  2. Our invoices are payable within eight days. Any invoice not settled on the agreed due date shall automatically incur delay interest at a rate three points above the statutory rate, from the due date until payment in full. Any delay in payment shall result in the cancellation of any agreed reductions.
